Sabra Saperstein integrates roles as coach, cook, ceremonialist, and community weaver. Through Aletheia Integral Unfoldment coaching and monthly gatherings, she creates spaces for deep connection with self, community, and the more-than-human world.
Her journey includes six formative years as a cook at Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts after growing up in San Francisco. While currently based at Frith Farm in Maine, she is also involved in a network of projects focused on collective healing and transformation. Her work centers on reintegrating the Sacred into daily life and revitalizing cultural vitality during this crucial period of human history.
Following studies in painting at RISD, Sabra pursued an unconventional educational path guided by influential teachers including Joseph Goldstein, Rob Burbea, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Bayo Akomolafe, Charles Eisenstein, Adrienne Maree Brown, Bonnitta Roy, John Churchill, Josh Shrei and Pluma Jenkins.
