RHythmic rituals

7-8:45
Good Medicine Studio
Featuring DJ Bodie Roybal
We will start low and slow, let the music lift and move us, shake it out, shake it through, and be delivered again, back to the earth. We’re tapping dance as a way to digest and integrate our lives, as well as a mode of self-expression and aliveness. We’re tapping dance as a somatic practice of relating and playing in and with the field. Moving together helps us access the alchemical magic of collective energy, releasing what is no longer serving, clearing these vessels, and welcoming in renewed lifeforce.
stirring the pot:
conversation and co-sensing
February 16
6-8:30
Good Medicine Studio
How many of your most meaningful conversations have happened around the dinner table? This is the mood we’re going for with Stirring the Pot. I’ll provide a simple meal of soup, bread, and salad, and we'll explore pertinent themes emerging in the collective field. How can we use not only the mind but also but also the body and the heart to sense into the complexities of our time? Beginning with a brief meditation and check-in, we'll delve into monthly themes through relaxed collective inquiry. This gathering creates space to sense into our current reality and explore how to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives and respond thoughtfully to global challenges.

mandala magic
February 28
Good Medicine Studio
6-8pm
Gather for an evening of creative play and contemplative practice through the art of mandala making. Using flowers and natural elements, we'll follow our intuitive sensing to create expressions of the Cosmos.
Our evening will open with a grounding meditation and brief check-in, before we enter into silent, meditative mandala creation. You may choose to contribute to a shared mandala or craft your own sacred circle. We'll mindfully deconstruct our mandalas together, practicing release and embracing impermanence. Our time together will close with a brief reflection and dedication, sending the energy we’ve gathered out into the world.
